Concession Volunteer Sign - Up
The NHS Band Boosters has again this year been awarded the concession duties for Home Basketball games and Wrestling matches at Northwest High School. Last year the income from this fundraiser was around $2,500 for the NHS Band Boosters.
Now.....we have to staff the concession stand, BEGINNING this week. Every game/match must have One parent and two students to staff the concession stand. If you have more than 3 people, you cannot work efficiently. Parents and Students can both sign up through the form below.
Distribution of the Net Profit earned from this fundraiser will be as follows:
50% of Net Profit - will be deposited into the NHS Band Boosters General Fund for support of all Instrumental Music Programs at NHS.
50% of the Net Profit - will be divided among the students and parents who work based on the "Points" earned and applied directly to a student account.
Every Parent and/or student that works this fundraiser will earn a "Point" for each hour they work. After all the concession dates are completed, the Net Profit will be determined by the Activities Department at NHS. 50% of this amount will be divided by the number of "Points" earned by the volunteers. This will then be deposited directly into the student account for use by a student participant/or their immediate family to cover fees and/or costs related to any Instrumental Music Program at NHS.
**Amounts will not be available for use until after the end of the basketball and wrestling season is complete (beginning of March 2010) and funds are distributed into the individual accounts. These funds are NOT eligible for refund in the event that they cannot be used by the participant.
